Congratulations to Kaitlyn on being selected as part of the National Training Squad (NTS).
The NTS is an initiative of TBA to improve the performance of our athletes at international events.
Athletes selected in the NTS will be provided with access to specialist training with the national coach and other high performance coaches and importantly be given the opportunity to train together as a squad to improve the skills of our athletes, team cohesion and ultimately our results.
The NTS will be the pool for which all national team members will be selected from with the exception of the Australian Schools teams from 2012 onwards.
