In the current position (11 associations ) if 3 associations do not attend the agm or if 2 do not attend and 1 votes for the negative then no new association will participate...

All certain groups have to do effectively is either not attend or vote in the same direction and no motions can be passed? Surely, this rule needs to be changed when a monopoly can quite easily be had if groups choose to vote in certain ways?

Does this not look right to anyone else? Is it not normally the case that you have to either have as little as one vote in a certain direction, or 2/3's etc. This might be something that needs to be looked at to allow changes to CC and other VCTBA events. With the numbers game being the way it is, effectively rules would only get changed when people allowed them to. By ALLOW, I mean be present at a meeting.

Maybe I am rambling, it is 1.30 in the morning, lol, but at the minute it is making sense to me.

Don't understand why it isn't just open slather for all country centres.

Otherwise, why not change the name to "Country Cup Invitational".
