Blisters

What am I doing to be producing blisters on my bowling hand where my index (pointing) finger meets my palm. See attached pic. Previously had problems where I would break/tear/rip most gloves at that spot. I am not a real big mover of the ball and I would class my speed as medium.

Any suggestions on what I can do to help with the blisters will be appreciated.
