frawls made the first cut.

Yousif Falah from Bahrain shot a 300 late (688 I think) and still missed the cut. There were I think two other 300's... Bader al Shafi from Qatar and someone from Singapore.

Mohammed Al-Qubaisi is my guess to take it all... he only did like 5 or 6 of the 36 squads popping 700+ on 3 of them.

Alan... next year? Bahrain and Qatar? What'd ya say?

top seed gets a bye. seeds 2-5 play knock out 2v5 3v4; winners meet to determine who plays #1 seed. Looks like Qatar might get it's first local champ since the inception of this touney.
