I got a phone call today from the staff at Kingaroy bowl. I know a few of the events this year have been cancelled but they have decided to run a final anyway. The following Top 48 are invited to the following;

Wide Bay Grand Prix - Tour Final

Date: Sat 15 December
Check in: 9.30am bowl at 10.00am

Format: 1 squad, everyone bowls 12 games (no matchplay or finals)

Cost: $48

Prizefund: 1st $500, 2nd $400, 3rd $300, 4th $200, 5th - 12th $100

If you are listed below or know someone who is listed below please tell them to contact Kingaory bowl asap to let them know if you will be attending or not. Kingaroy's number is: (07) 4162 4544. Looks to be a nice day trip, if you are not listed and would like to bowl, ring Kingaory and they will put you on a standby list. See you there!

Ahh Well George i will let you tackle Kingaroy again. As much as I would like to go I have other commitments.

Although is there any reason why it is being held on a Saturday. If they were able to push it back to the Sunday 16th December then i would be able to go.

Anyhow unless they change the date good luck to all who bowl.
