Why does mainstream gambling on Bowling not exist?

Now I've read Pin Action about the US Of A back in the day but why is there no gambling agency's putting markets out on PBA? or even major Oz Tourny's, other sports like Golf, Tennis ect. they do, when you think of it, they bet on greyhounds chasing a fake lure/rabbit.

Add a lot more interest to the Results like it did back in the Golden era but done by legal betting agency's and also if they did exist, what would Belmo's odds be in the Orange Open? $1.01? lol

Because the guy pressing the oiling machine can decide the outcome before a ball is bowled... plenty of action in Asia if you want it, Koreans will bet on anything at anytime most events

Had a mate spend some time as a racing journo in Hong kong and the amount of money he said that was turned over in just 1 single race beggars belief, so no surprise to hear them gambling madly on the sidelines.
