Congratulations to our girls who today finished the teams event of the World Youth Championships in Guam with a silver medal, 209 pins behind the USA, and 10 pins in front of Bronze medallists England

Edit - OOPssss my bad!!!! Terry, you were right, I didn't look at the number of boys team games, that will teach me to get too excited!!! I will sit back and wait with my fingers crossed now!!!

You might like to know that the boys event has still got 3 games to go and so the boys have not finished 7th. They have a very definate chance of winning a medal.

Check the abf site and you will see that the boys have yet to bowl their short oil block.

Both Brando and Jarrod still have a chance of making the masters final.

Sorry I forgot to mention this also means that Belmo has yet to secure gold. I don't think anyone will take it from around his neck though knowing Belmo.
