A couple of people have withdrawn due to prior committments, however most have been filled. Remember that we are capped at 40 entries at this stage, so there will be a reserve list.
Andrew, the event will be starting check-in at 10am, however our start time is approximately 10.15. We can hold out 5-10 minutes to allow your entry if need be, just call the bowl on 94674544 if you are withdrawing at all, so you dont hold the squads up.
The entry form will be out by Friday, including a slightly different format than the previous ones this year due to the great game-rate offered by Oztenpin Greensborough.

Sorry mate, ammended. Squad listing is full, however to ensure we run at capacity, I will start a reserves list. Please keep the names comming to make sure we run full!
If we get a few on the reserves list, the squad does have the ability to open up, it will just mean a couple of pairs may have an extra bowler.
It also may be of interest to the bowlers, that Greensborough has recently had some renovations, which will add to the overall bowling experience for the tournament!

Format:
Stage 1
All bowlers will complete 8 games in 4 blocks of 2 games.
Bowlers will move 1 pair (odds left / evens right) after each block.
At the completion of the 8 games, the top 10 bowlers based on scratch pinfall will advance to stage 2.
Stage 2
The top 10 bowlers from stage 1 will complete of a further 4 games
Bowlers will move 1 pair (odds left / evens right) after each game.
At the completion of stage 2, the top 6 will advance to the stepladder round.
Stepladder Finals
Each match shall be over 1 game.
The bowler with the highest score shall advance to the next match.
Match 1 - 6th vs 5th vs 4th
Match 2 - Winner vs 3rd

You never mentioned this event on Wednesday nights? Oh well!
The only problem about the reserve list is that at the last event half of those that never showed up, didn't notify anyone about it. So do you expect all those on the reserve list to show up in hopes to bowl??? Bit of a drive for some to be turned away?? Just an opinion. I mean no offence to anyone!
