in the nomination for it states: Please indicate which Area / Zone Championship All Events you participated in during 2007, is this meant to be 2008, and it is an absolute requirement that the nominee bowled in either states or nationals in 2008?

The rule is you must bowl either area/zone or state championships or participated in the 2008 junior nationals, to be eligible to rolloff for the junior presidents shield team. 2007 events are permitted provided they have not been held again yet in 2008. For example Brisbane Area Championships.

Does this mean that if you have bowled in the Caboolture Junior Championships all events you are eligible?

Yes bowling at Caboolture Junior Championships makes you eligible.

is the code of ethics the same as the code of conduct because each are listed separately in the Rules of the Game.

There will be a Team briefing at the end of the Shield Roll-Off and following some adverse reports from last year, conduct will be at the top of the list.
