Just an FYI for ACT bowlers.

The Deveer teams nominations have closed. We had 7 nominations for men and 2 for women. The womens team will reopen for the remaining 5 positions and close on the 9th of March see your local centre for nomination forms.

Rachuig nominations will be out shortly with the roll off dates now scheduled for the 7-8-14 of May.

Keep an eye out at your local centre for the nomination forms.

Drew, the 2nd weekend of the trials are on the same weekend as the NSW grand prix at Illawarra. This may result in some bowlers being unable to roll off..... Would be ideal if the trials could be set for weekends that didnt clash with national/nsw events

Sorry doesn't clash with any national events according to the Calender on TBA website.

Not much we can do there is almost a clash with something somewhere every weekend.

7 men & 2 women is very disappointing even for a small territory.

Majority of bowlers wanted the cut to go up for WDV, which it has, but it didn't seem to work here. Why I wonder ? :? :?

Yep mens team is decided on and womens team will be confirmed after the next ACT board meeting in two weeks. We received 6 nominations for the women.
