Qualischefski & Johnston Win Masters

Queenslands Brandon Qualischefski and South Australia's Clair Johnston cemented their positions as the outstanding bowlers from this weeks Australian Youth Championships by taking out their respective divisions of the 2004 Australian Youth Cup.

A 9-5 Win-Loss record in qualifying for Qualischefski assured him of a 92 pin win over Jason Belmonte from NSW Central. His team mate, Jarrod Lean finished in 3rd - 6 pins behind.

Johnston had an 8-2 Win-Loss record in Matchplay to win by 86 pins from Jayde Flanagan from Sth Queensland, whilst Michelle Halprin representing NT in 3rd.

Hey all,

Well done to Clair and Brandon on a excellent effort this weekend they bowled well. l can't complain l did bowl well myself and l have to thank Brandon for being my partner through qualifying and being able to pace off him. You helped me in more ways then one my friend.

Well done once again to everyone who bowled in the masters l hope you enjoyed yaself just as much as i did :? 8)
