im confused, it happens regularly!

i have in my hand an entry form for the 41st nsw state championship and masters, to be held at penrith june long weekend. yet on this websites calendar, a nsw open is being held in deewhy late july.

can someone please explain
a) why two events for the state of nsw?
b) why is one advertised here and the other not?
c) why is one better than the other?

im just an average bloke who loves his bowling and competing against better bowlers to improve my average.

Hi,

Well the NSW state championships is your usual state championships. Every state has them. To be eligible for Rachuig or anything like that, you must bowl your state's championships.
NSW open is one of the super 6 tournaments that are being bowled throughout Australia.
2 Completely different tournaments
Not sure why one is advertised and not the other.

Reason one is advertised is because we rely on the users to add events, as it is virtually impossible to add all of the events ourselves!
