Entry forms for the 2004 NSW Open have just recently been placed on the forum for all to download.

For those who were unable to attend the 2003 Surfs Up Classic that may not know where AMF Dee Why is located, it is approx. 30km north of Sydney Airport in an area often described as "Gods Country" by the locals but for everybody else it is the Northern Beaches of Sydney.

For those flying into Sydney airport you will be looking at about a $60-$75 taxi fare on your own. You will go straight through the Sydney Harbour Tunnel and then onto the Northern Beaches.

Once again the Travelodge organisation have come to the party and set aside around 30 - 40 rooms for bowlers to book at the Manly-Warringah Travelodge.

Manly-Warringah Travelodge is located at 4-10 Victor Road, Brookvale. This is approx. a 2 minute drive form AMF Dee Why Bowl and is located adjacent to Manly-Warringah Leagues Club. To book please call 02-8978-1200. All rooms available have air conditioning, kitchenettes with microwave ovens and tea/coffee making facilities and TV's with Foxtel. Reception is open 24 hours a day, there is ample parking facilities and breakfast is available in the guest lounge at a small additional cost.

For those wishing to take the opportunity to stay at the Travelodge the following group rates have been secured:

Friday $149 and Saturday $119 (including GST).

When you call to book please advise them that you are apart of the AMF NSW Open so you can get this rate. Rooms are being held for the group up until 7 days before the tournament. After that they will release them to the general public at the standard room rate of $169.

Please take the opportunity to support the Travelodge as they are a past and present sponsor of the NSW Open.

If any of you need any assistance feel free to contact AMF Dee Why Bowl (02 9972 3400) and ask to speak to Cheryl Leigh.
