NSW Junior Youth Committee and State Training Squad

A review of Junior and Youth Bowling in NSW was conducted by representation from the current NSW State Team groups. An interim Committee has been set up to organise and implement a merge of the junior and youth state organisations.

We wish to announce the following:

New Committee Structure
NSW Junior Youth Development
NSW Junior Rankings
NSW Junior Youth Awards
2009 NSW Junior Youth Calendar

Also, the JY Committee wish to announce the formation of a State-based Training Squad to focus on long-term athlete devlopment, and assist junior and youth bowlers to realise their respective potential in Tenpin Bowling.

An application form is attached and members will be selected during the 2009 NSW Junior Championships, Campbelltown City Bowl. Applications close 21st February. See attached information - Junior Youth Committee and Application Form.
