jamie sim here again
sorry bout the other statement i made on the other topic.
didnt realise the age limit so that cuts out mick little and nathan kennedy, and also forgot some major contenders for the youth team.

not too sure about jason walsh
but hopefully he will be young enough.
anyways, walshy and phil ramsay.
so if they roll off too then it should be pretty unbeatable.

as for the girls, cant think of any girls between the age limit who still bowl besides liz hitman.

does anyone have an idea of who is eligable?

hi again, um not sure if youve realised but the 2nd and 3rd of october is actually a wed and thurs. Is it actually in nov?
Elizabeth Hitman

yes you are right it is November. Sorry. I think Mick is still able to bowl, as for the girls there is Josie,Sally,Erin Mills, Leigh Hayman, Sarah Clarke just to name a few that could bowl.

Thanks for the update, i knew of josie but i honestly thought sally was to young and that leigh didnt even bowl anymore. Anyway if they are elligble it should be a strong team. As for age cutoffs someone told me that you had to either turn 18 or 23 in the year the tournament is run and mick is already 23. i tried to go and read the rules and regs but couldnt download them so thats why im unsure.

Yeah um josie isnt bowln for a year or so after sydney cup
Thanks for puttin me in your team on the other topic jamie

Votes will be scrutinised by a Committee comprising the Tournament Director and the Tournament Secretary. Bowlers must not vote for a bowler on their own team. Any vote so lodged will be invalid and not counted.
c) National Youth Team Challenge Chairpersons and Directors Award
The recipients of these special awards are selected by the TBA Chairperson and TBA Directors respectively. Awards are presented to a bowler in each division. The Chairpersons award is presented to the Male divisions. The Director’s award is presented to the Female divisions. Criteria taken into consideration when selecting these awards include points won, number of games played, Challenge entering average and pins bowled above that average.

Note the age requirements - if a bowler is 23 or older this year then they will not be eligible for this team. This cuts Mick and Walshy.
