Can anyone confirm if this event is going ahead on the 11th & 12th of August as per the TBA accred page?

Dad told me its not. I forget who told him. May of been passed down the grapevine by Illawarra staff. Not 100%. Would be a shame if it didnt run i had alot of fun last year and for somebody like me who doesnt do the masters it was good to get a taste of the nats pattern.

I think the next NSW Sports Series is 12th too so would be a shame if they clashed.

I was told that the major sponsor is not keen, it is a shame I think Cow is waiting for word so he can confirm the Sports Series as he won't let it clash.

I am quite certain the Mick Camarda Memorial Classic will not be on in 2012
Sadly the sponsorship from the Family was not made available to the Tournament
prize fund to allow the event to run
We do apologise to anyone who has been stuffed around
I do hope the event can return next year as it has been going since 1995
and it is a shame to see it go from the calendar
