James Wragg 681 series

With all the high scores posted here, a 681 series might not sound too much but it is always good to see juniors bowling their highest series.

James is only 14 and until 12 months ago was a serious competitive swimmer (6 swimming training sessions a week plus bowing practice and leagues).

He quit swimming to concentrate on his bowling and by year end bowled his first 600 series (636). He then bowled 658 at the nationals, a 662 recently and 681 tonight. Over the past two months he has probably averaged close to 200 in his two serious leagues (both league averages now 185 or so).

James loves bowling and works very hard at it (ie: on Saturday he bowled league and then trained for over two hours afterwards).

He was very relaxed and bowed 246, 233 and 202. Congratualtions son on a great series and a well deserved return for your efforts.

Thankyou to everyone who has helped James along the way (too many to mention individually as the bowling fraternity offers such fantastic support).

Cheers
Des

PS: Ruffy (James' opponent) bowled 675 and lost all three games.
PPS: James' old man bowled 640 and lost to his son by 41 pins - oh the shame!!
