Does anyone know When the entry forms for the city of Sydney junior championships are avaliable?

The City of Sydney Championships are being held at Windsor Bowl on 7th, 8th and 9th June. Cover sheet attached. Entry form being accredited, out soon.
Junior Sydney Cup information form being distributed at Nationals and posted here as well, entry slip and deposit required to confirm squad choice.
