Daniel Neumann - Darrell Holt Challenge Classic Masters National Champion

I would like to congratulate fellow two-hander Daniel Neumann on claiming his first national title.

After qualifying 23rd out of 24, he shot only 2 games under the card for the Masters to overrun the field and get the win.

This caps off a sensational week for him, making the All Star Team shooting a very tidy 226.2 average for 12 games through the Holt Challenge, finishing 21 pins clear on average ahead of the next highest average bowler.

South Australia also finished in first place and claimed the Darrell Holt Classic Challenge Trophy for the first time.

A huge well done to Dan and to the rest of the SA team.

Congratulations Daniel you have worked so hard to get to this stage and the results certainly show you have matured and handled the pressure so well.

To the rest of the SA Classic Team Ben Barlow, Cassie Eades, Cassie Etherton, Jarrod Hill and Kate Kelly well done to you all. Gold medals around your neck feel great.

Well bowled to Cassie Eades who just missed out on the Team of the Year by only .7 of a pin on average but was awarded the Secretarys Trophy for this tournment. Well bowled Cassie.

Also congratulations to Ben Barlow who was awarded the Chairmans Award for his outstanding performance in winning 8.5 points out of his 10 games.
