I,ve found the **** Weber's guide to better bowling an invaluable asset in learning the basics of Hook Bowling.
I would recommend all bowlers to have a look at this video.
I have been practicing what is in the video and have increased my average by 30 pins in 12 months, Ialso get coaching from Matt Garvin from Tiffany laine coaching, but you have to remember that you are the one in control of the ball.
This video is well worth a look for all bowlers.
