There will be 6 lanes available at Aspley from 3.30pm - 5.30pm for some practice at league practice rates. Phone Aspley if you wish on 3263 8848.
The weather is beautiful, hopefully you will all be fit and healthy and aerobic classes to warm up before early squads will be held in car park !!
