Asian Schools 2004

:2gunfire: i'm definitally going to the asian schools roll-off but i still don't no where it is so if someone nows please tell us. :snipersm:

the roll offs will be at canberra international bowl tuggeranong sometime in february

so, see you all there

Best of my knowledge, the Asian Schools Roll-Offs will be held at Tuggernong Bowl in the second weekend of Febuary. Which I think is the 7th and 8th.
Anyone have any idea on where the Asian Schools Tournament itself will be held? Last I heard was Japan but no offical word yet. Any TBA officals help us out over here??

Later Da Cowman!

just a few questions about this roll off?? some one said the cut off age for this was 19?? is that true or is it 18? and if it is 19 how much is it to bowl and what s the exact weekend that the roll offs will be held, and as i understand it too u have to be enrolled in some form of schooling? does tafe qualify or is only like college and high school. thanks all for your help.

peace

You have to be a full time student... enrolled at TAFE is ok as long as you are in a full time class

so a part time course wouldnt be good enough to make u elligble, cause i am doing anihgt bar course but cause of work i have only enouhg time to do a part time one

Your best bet Jace is to contact TBA about it. Some one there should be able to tell you everything you need to know.

How the Points Work

Bowlers will bowl 4 squads of 6 game blocks with points determined based on number of bowlers competing. After each block for example, if 15 boys competed, the bowler finishing 1st would accumulate 15 points and the bowler finishing last would receive 1 point.

The points for each 6 game block are only awarded after the 6 games have been completed.

At the completion of the 24 games, the top 3 point scorers in boys and girls divisions will join the top Junior All-star players from 2003 Presidents Shield competition (Stephen Cowland and Tracey Madden) to form the 2004 Australian Team. (All-star bowler must meet all other criteria).
