A reminder to all junior and youth bowlers eligible to roll off for 2011 NSW Youth Team - nomination form attached.

Time lines:
all requests for exemption in by Friday 6th August
all nominations in by Thursday 12th August - with $50 fee
roll off Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd August -Tenpin City Bowl, Lidcombe
