Warner’s Bay Superstrike in Newcastle
to host the 2009 National Junior Championships
Tenpin Bowling Australia Limited is delighted to announce that the 2009 Junior
National Championships will be held at Warner's Bay Super Strike in Newcastle.
Mayfield Super Strike in Lake Macquarie will be the back up Centre.
Location: Warners Bay Superstrike is situated at 326 Hillsborough Rd, Warners Bay
NSW. The centre is located on a main arterial road connecting to all suburbs and to
Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. Public transport is available to both centres.
Approximate travel distance between the 2 centres is 15 – 30 minutes
Dates: Saturday the 4th of April to Saturday the 18th of April 2009.

Overlanes are simply the ball returning from the back end over the lanes. where in a centre the ball comes back under the lanes to the ball return at Mayfield you can see the ball travelling back to you on top or over the lanes in the same path at the ball return channel is. if you use the entire width of the approach especially a RH bowler sparing a 10 pin you'll find the ball return may hinder your style. so yes go for a look see and practice before hand if you can
