2005 VIC Tournament Schedule

Hi all,
I'm from Sydney and was thinking of making a few trips south next year to bowl some tournaments on interstate conditions, although I don't know what the tournament schedule is down there...

do you guys have a tournament series runnning down there (like the NSW Grand Prix)? I'd be very interested to know what tournaments are happening next year in VIC (preferably near Melbourne area) as I have family living in Dandenong.

Any info you guys can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately there is not much to bowl in down here in Victoria anymore.

Werribee Cup mid March
Sale Cup in around July
Warrnambool Cup in November

This of course doesn't take into account the National Ranked Events. Check out the Calendar on Tenpin Australia's website.

Hopefully some more will materialize in the near future. We envy you guys up North when it comes to the Grand Prix Circuits. Rightly I see a couple of the NSW GP events have become Ranked events in 2005.

Good luck if you do decide to venture down for any events.

Thanks guys, I'll probably be making the trip down for at least 2 of the ranked events this year , those being the Aust. Open and SPC.

There are a number of tournaments listed in the new year on victenpins.com.au. Not all the entry forms are available yet but at least this will give you an idea as to what is coming up.

With 11 months to go until the Warrnambool Cup 2005 the B squad is full and C squad nearly full - 50 entries so far

No other tournament is booked so far ahead

It will be held on the 3rd weekend of November 2005
