Congratulations to Clair Johnston and Darren Hill on winning the State Masters titles at Cross Road Bowl Sunday. :lol:
Clair followed up her recent 300 game to bowl a magnificient 290 in game 7, for an 8 game total of +98. She beat Rachuig bowlers Mel Pryor +33, Martina Smith +12 and Lorna Johnson -53, in 4th.
Darren bowled an extremely consistent +147 to edge out Rachuig bowlers Rob Chinner +85 and Tony Cottrell +74, 3rd.
Congratulations also to ATBSO State team members Tony Cottrell and Jeff Elliott +19 in 3rd and 4th places.
There's life in the old dogs yet. :!:
Best of luck to the winners IF they go to Townsville to represent our STate at the Nationals. :idea:
