The Moonah Bowl's Dash for Cash was held this evening.
A disappointing five entries were received for the event.
On what was not an easy condition - slick with brand new pins all bowlers were able to hit the pocket, however carrying corner pins was a very different story.
The winner was Ashley Riley who displaced Matt Cramond from the lead in the last game of the six game tournament to take out the $150 winner's prize-money, followed by
Matthew Dickson in second place securing $40.

1) Ashley Riley: 183-143-214-210-208-235 for 1193/6 at 198.8
2) Matthew Dickson: 169-216-202-191-177-225 for 1180/6 at 196.7
3) Matt Cramond: 172-173-199-212-237-180 for 1173/6 at 195.5
4) Andrew Phillips: 162-189-235-212-160-211 for 1169/6 at 194.8
5) Aaron Franklin: 196-215-227-162-172-194 for 1166/6 at 194.3

Many thanks to Rodney Radcliffe for organizing the event and to Adam Lucock for his help during the matches.
Perhaps the only thing to overshadow the tournament was the placing of social-bowlers right next to those who were competing - the behaviour of one or two was less than considerate, unfortunately.

yes it was an ok tourney considering the numbers.. The Moonah Hash for Cash... or cash for dash or something like that lol

anyways well done to ashley and it was a close tournament and went down to the last few frames.....

peace out
