I currently use an adjustable guard which is ok but is now getting worn out. Does anyone have any thoughts on a good adjustable guard, brand, type, cost etc. I would be interrested to hear from other bowlers that use these type of devices and the effect on their bowling. I find that it cause me to roll my hand over the ball from time to time. I would also like to hear from people who don't like them and their reasons why because I have been thinking about changing my game and not bowling with a guard.
