Hi all,
This could go in the links forum as well but thought it was more of a coaching thing.
Anyway, here is a link to a UK website, that has the Ritger bowling drills, drills which help with balance, follow through, technique etc...
I have been doing them for 2 weeks now, and have improved a lot, except for tonight, but thats a whole new thread... :wink:
