It is with much regret that we have to cancel the 2009 Junior Brisbane Cup tournament.

What is happening with all the junior tournaments this year. Another one cancelled. At this rate there will be no junior tournaments. How are the younger bowlers going to get experience in tournament conditions. Is it just a bad year or what??

exactly and maybe they could just do a boys division

maybe if they had of reduced the entry fee a bit more people would have bowled. I know for a lot of people cost is an issue. particularly when there are a lot of other tournaments on around the same time like junior sydney cup and with sharp coming up soon that a lot of juniors bowl in - maybe they should think about running this tournament earlier in the year???
