Help with weight training

Hi I have just damaged my right sholder again (Electric shock) not bowling!

I am now in need of some weight training exersise to strengthen it.

I am Cycling to strengthen my left knee and improve leg strength and fitness.

Is there any thing else I can do to help bowling?

I'd advise seeing a Physio or similar professional in this area. They will be able to tell you exactly what you need to do. Especially since it may require different things to be done depending on what area of your shoulder you hurt and the range of movement you have, as well as the amount of strength you still have in it.
