I personally would like to congratulate the Forest Hill Mens & Ladies teams on their best performance in their short history. To finish fourth in the Mens is a great effort. Well done ladies too.

I would like to thank everyone in both the Mens & Womens Forest Hill team for a great weekend. I would also like to thank our managers and supporters for your effort. This is the best result we have had and I think we can do better next year.

Just in agreeing with Hybrid Boy, Jedi Bowler & Lorraine I would like to thank all those concerned with the "arrival" of Forest Hill as a team. To the guys, what an effort to do what a lot of people said wouldn't happen, (including carrying me), to finish 4th. I didn't realise how much energy you can burn just cheering on the team until the last game against Dandy. What a result!!!!!! To the women, a terrific effort this year & I look forward to next year @ Moorabbin where we will continue our climb up the standings.

Just a quick thanks to all the guys from Dandenong for putting in 100 % all weekend could not have asked for more.It was a pleasure to be captain of a group like you the support was fantastic it was by far my best Dunn Shield i have been involved in on a personal level. Thanks again look forward to next year also congratulations to Sunshine and Keon Park great effort well done.

Bastie ps. Bad luck Steve T always thought you were a sprinter and not a endurance man better luck next year.

I would just like to congratulate Rebecca Robinson on her bowling over the Dunn Shield weekend. It was a fantastic effort to take out high game,equal high ave and making all stars.Also well done to Jenny Camilleri and Russell Gunn. With all the other congrat's i totally forgot to post about my fantastic ladies team...absolute superstars from start to finish...Tanya once again making all stars for the second year in a row awesome considering it's only her second Dunn Shield and Barbie(The Voice ) Carlsson bowled fantastic for her first Shield and to Lizzie, Suzie, Rhonnie & Nicky you held me up all weekend what a great group of ladies ...thank you for a terrific weekend.​

Well said Darren. Let's see how they finished fourth. Andrew The "Hack" decided to throw the ball really really hard and all the pins just came down! Yeah Baby !! 300 game bowler.
Paul "Drewy" after a wild night drinking and smoking..omg how many did we have Drewy..decided to show people the 300 game that he bowled wasn't a fluke Strike after strike to keep up with his mentor The Hack.
Brad "YoYo BoY" another 300 game bowler showed us not only he got the looks but also the talent to shoot some high games.
"Paula" Teapy. A Born Leader who showed us all what it means to lead the pack by bowling his highest average ever for the Shield.
Jayson Bundy, "The Porn Star" you're a Legend mate. Not only you're struggling with your injury but you showed us courage to come back and bowl again. Another 300 bowler.
Last but not least Jeff the "Revless" Carter showed us all that age doesn't matter in bowling. You showed us that you can keep up with these young guns.
And to "My Girls" Two words...Simply Awesome
Congratulations to Keon Park and Sunshine for their win and thanks for a great weekend.

Congrats 2 all who bowled Dunn Shield on the weekend, it was a great weekend, congrats to all the winners, and I would also like to say well done to all the other eleven teams, because their would not be champions teams if not for all you other bowlers, To the Northcote team well done, next year will be different plastic makes a big difference, and we will have ours in February so look out.Lokk forward to seeing you all at Moorabbin.

The only thing I did right on the w/end was picking Paul Bast to make the all star team!! I told you all so.
Well done Paul, you had that ball working beautiful.
Now I have to get my right calf x-ray to see why I had so much pain in it.
No excuses, I just couldn't put it together. Not good enough this time.
Some of you guys can put some punch into your game. I'm jealous!!!!!
I can see our game is quite healthy.

Gday micky so many people out there with mouths bigger than there brains hay ! In all honesty he must of had a reason for bowling a 150 ave. Considering he is one of Australia's best bowlers ha ha ha !
