Animal told me , but have had a Senior moment and cannot remember what the lane surface is at Aspley.

The lane surface at Aspley is Brunswick Armaguard (?? spelling) and the pattern is a tournament house pattern that has been used in the past. Hope this helps.

A couple of spots still available in B Squad -

For those who may wish to have a roll on the lane pattern for the Black & White Classic, it will be laid on Friday and please mention that you are bowling in the Classic. The XXXX is good as usual, the strong black coffee is just that and the weather is cold for us Qld people but great for the rest of Oz.

For those locals who are not 'old' enough to bowl in this 50's and over Classic, please come along, check out the talent still competing at the top level and enjoying their game.
