STORM & ROTO GRIP WIN ALL THE AWARDS, AGAIN!

Storm® Products, Inc. manufacturer of high performance bowling equipment is pleased to announce the Virtual Energy™ was named the 2009 ball of the year by Bowlers Journal. This is the third consecutive year that Storm or Roto Grip® has received the ball of the year honors. In 2008 the Roto Grip Cell™ took home the top prize & in 2007 the Storm T-Road Solid™ was the winner.

In January 2010 staff writer Joe Cerar announced the results of a national survey sent to over 200 pro shops. They were asked to rate the 2009 releases from all bowling ball manufacturers. Storm & Roto Grip captured nine of the top eleven spots & swept the top spot in all four categories, with the following results:

2. (Tie) Roto Grip Rogue Cell & Storm Reign
3. Storm Second Dimension
4. Roto Grip Mutant Cell
7. Roto Grip Nomad Solid
8. Storm Furious
9. Roto Grip Nomad Pearl

Best Pearl Reactive

In this year’s article Cerar took time to address a reoccurring question, “why are...ball of the year awards such a big deal? Simply put, the finalists for this honor can help bowlers choose from the best of the best.”

Dave Symes, president of Storm, said “I’m honored to be surrounded by such a great team. We feel privileged to receive this accolade for the third consecutive year. It's always gratifying to have our hard work be recognized by the bowling community.”

ONCE AGAIN, ANOTHER DOMINATE PERFORMANCE FROM THE HOTTEST BRANDS IN BOWLING!

Roysa, your spot on – the Virtual Gravity was released in November of 2008 therefore it would have featured in the 2008/2009 ball of the year awards.
