The T.B.O.T.Y. Will Be A Points Based Rankings System Where Bowlers Will Receive Points For Participation in Pre-Determined Ranked Events Throughout Tasmania. (Similar To The National Ranking System). The Bowler With The Most Amount Of Points At The End Of Year Will Be The Named The T.B.O.T.Y. 2003. This Person Will Receive a Prize To Be Announced At A Later Date.

ALL Presidents Shield, Rachuig, Walter De Veer, ATBSO Roll-Offs
Only ONE Will Apply to T.B.O.T.Y. If A Bowler Rolls-Off In More Than One.
10 Points Will Be Awarded For Rolling Off And A Further 20 Points If Selection Gained.
ALL AREA And STATE Masters Tournaments
These Include Open (Adult And Junior), Restricted (Adult And Junior),
Veterans, and ATBSO Masters.
Only ONE Event Per Tournament Will Receive T.B.O.T.Y. Points. If A Bowler Bowls In More Than One Event, The Event With The Highest Points Value Will Be One Used.
5 Points Will Be Awarded For The Highest Qualifying Attempt Per Bowler.
36 Points Will Be Awarded To The Winner. Each Subsequent Placegetter Will Be Awarded 2 Points Less Than The Previous Placegetter.
E.g. 1st 36 Points
2nd 34 Points
3rd 32 Points

8th 22 Points
Etc, etc.
ALL Tasmanian Grand Prix Series Events
Points System For Each Event Will Be Outlined On Each Entry Form For Each Event.
These Events Will Have A Higher Points Value Than All Other Events.
