Hi all..
Entries are coming in quite solidly for the first of the Seniors events, the Brisbane Seniors Cup at Caboolture. Though the event is on in less than 2 weeks there is still time for those bowlers aged 50 and over to get their entries in - YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A MEMBER OF THE ATBSO TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS TOURNAMENT!!!!!
For those of you unaware, the entry form for the 2006 Canberra Seniors Cup has been placed on the TBA website, so get to it and book your spots!
Could someone from the organising committee of the Brunswick SA Seniors Classic at Village in July please advise if they have decided upon the format for their tournament this year......a few of us found having to travel down to Adelaide on the Friday (as in 2005) in order to bowl first thing Saturday morning in one squad only to be quite a disadvantage with regard to time off work and extra expenses incurred, compared to having the option of competing in Squad B that starts in the afternoon and allows for Saturday morning travel.......
