Hi Bowlers,
Our Scratch Singles league is ready to start new Season in May. To date the league has been bowling on a Monday night starting at 7pm bowling 4 games scratch and costing $35.00 per bowler. Season is 21 weeks with a total of $6000 offered from 1st $1000.00 to 15th place $50.00 plus weekly awards which is $35.00 or pays for your next weeks bowling for High Game and Series awards.
We are looking for bowlers with 180 average plus to come and join the league. Basically the league bowls 3 to a pair.
Last season the following bowlers were involved with our scratch singles.
Rod Stewart (The old man is still the hardest to beat)
Patrick Birtig
Ian Strahan
Sharyn-Lee Calder (Current Australian Master's Champ)
Narelle Baker (Current Australian Team Member)
Paul Trotter (sub for Miss Baker)
Wayne Parlby
Brien Showyin
Brendan Hanton
Shaun Parlby (retiring to take up football)
Ben Stewart
Mac Stewart (sub for younger brother)
Lance Dyer
Steven Eeles
David Johnson
Tanya Steele
Neil Haycraft
Ray Mischler
We are looking to increase this league by 6-8 bowlers which will increase prize fund above what was paid out last season.
