Hi Everyone

Thank you to Pauline, Ken and staff at Ashmore bowl for a wonderful day. A big thank you to the canteen staff - wonderful food and service. Also, thank you to the technical staff - no breakdowns and everything ran very smoothly. It was a great day for bowling and the results show this. Welcome back to Kevin Blackmore who won the men's scratch. Awesome bowling Kevin! Congratulations to Donna Wingett winning the ladies scratch - well done Donna, great bowling. Congratulations to Woody (Dave Woodward) winning the men's restricted and Joy Wright winning the ladies restricted.

Don't forget our 5 person team challenge event at Mt Gravatt on 15 July. All state team members must have a team of 5 and every team that participates has to bring a prize for our raffle. If you haven't put your entries in, please do so by emailling them to me on [email protected].

The Nationals are in August in Townsville - good luck to our teams. Go Queensland!

Our next monthly tournament is on 30 September at Strathpine.
