Highest Winning Average

Just wondering what the highest average bowled in our state has been to win a Tournament. Either scratch or handicap???

I'm pretty sure that Gary Bernardin averaged better than 250 to win a tournament at Caboolture. Purvis Granger won either the Greenslopes cup or the QLD Open with around 257 (I think) - few years ago now.

I think carl bottomley averaged close to 250 to win the Ipswich stop of the Twin Tour this year.
