help me- how stop our left hand injure in sore ??

our left arm can not lift up while hold a 15 lb bowling ball(high tech ball) also almostly normal hook time only that is not right as not work.

so need more curves hook into hit pins out in prefect strike
when lift off our finger in bit

ice box or ice plaster help our left arm in more time to stop stroke spasm sore?? or not

need one year break is keep away from bowling play is best ??

Deaf lefty had old colombia dot ball weight 11 lb help me in light one ?? because myself would be playing our National Deaf Championship this easter at the Illawarra Strikezone Bowl this year 2006. noteur old green colombia ball is straight style on oily lane


our left arm used bowling but a stroke attack hit our left side of our body in half affected that our left arm feeling weak in affected by stroke often time if myself using bowling every week since minor-mild stroke in middle of 2003 year season.

it gave our left arm feel spasm sore in bottom muscles.

2003 season-stopped in middle of june 2003 after 45 games

2004 season-played 63 games followed return to played bowl in april month after take nearly one year break.

2005 full bowling season-99 games but last one night of 2005 season is some bad sore hit our left arm in stroke spasm.

how solving what problem is ? for help me okay.

go and see your physio and have him check out the soreness - it may or may not be stroke related. He will be able to give you some strengthening exercises which will, over a period of time, alleviate the pain. Depending on what he says, you may also be able to get an arm brace, which supports your elbow.....I have one of those, and whilst it looks cumbersome, it enables me to bowl pain free. Your only other option is to go for a lighter ball perhaps, especially if you don't want to stop bowling just yet......

Myself know it is minor-mild stroke hit our whole left side of our body including our left arm or left leg too. It is not normal as our right side-Our right leg is looking normal than our left leg walk step slow.

Should myself go to the specialist doctor for x-ray scan on our brain in first place followed happened in 2003 but it is too late !!

should first place go to the physios for more exerises in before ... too late !! so waiting till back to australia when myself will go to Illawarra first this easter then go to Christchurch, New Zealand this MAY 2006(ALREADY BOOKED AIRFARE LAST AUGUST 2005)

Tell you about what happened to me in stroke attack hit me-when myself did bowled fast warm up that it caused me by fast warm up !!
Before final series of our National Deaf Men's Individual Championship at the Castle Hill Wondabowl on easter period 2003 year-myself did won this National Deaf Men's Individual Championship and bowled 18 games in 8 hours (same day) average 181 in scratch... average 223 in handicap.
