Buying a personal spinner?

I'm looking to buy a personal ball spinner, but through some small research it seems I would have to import one from the US. Do any proshops in Australia sell them for reasonable prices?

try and make your own , check out youtube for ideas . i had one made up from a bench drill , works a treat , and for less than 200 bucks , can`t go wrong there..
