Belinda Emmett, wife of television personality Rove McManus, has died in St Vincents Hospital, Sydney.

Emmett is best known for her work in the television programs All Saints and Home and Away.

She was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1998, at age 24.

After initial treatment Emmett returned to work, but was forced to leave in 2001 when doctors confirmed the disease had spread to her bones.

She and longtime boyfriend McManus married in January 2005.
 
WOW, didn't realise she was so ill! How sad........she wouldn't have been very old either.
 
Same had no idea she was that ill. She was only 32.

How very sad. Condolescences to the Mcmanus and Emmett families.
 
I cant beleive she is gone. She was only 32 and has bone/breast cancer.
I send condolences to the Emmett and McManus Families. Belinda is now at peace where nothing can hurt her anymore.

Belinda was such a beautiful woman and loved by all.

I have known for a while since 1998 that she was ill, it was only going to be a matter of when - when she either was in remission or she was dying from the cancer that has spread to her bones.
