BB housemates John and Ash escorted out of house

as far as im concerned you can all go and jump... fair enough she did not complain when Ash did it but when it came time for John she said NO and she was struggling to free herself from Ash's grasp.
On another point if channel 10 had done nothing bar a surprise eviction by BB on the sunday and took both of them out that way there would be none is assault talk, the police have stated that there isn't enough evidence to charge. EOS

ok ppls when you are talking about the law here its not always plain and simple you have u use some common sense! as nighteyes300 says when it came time for John to do what he did camilla said NO.. plain and simple and tryed to get outta the grips of ash, thats where it becomes assult and a crimminal act... ok fair enough some ppl may ask ur lover or partner to hold u down or something like that or when tickling someone or to stop someone from bashing someone else up, that is common sense that is not assult.... But u have to use some maturity in ur brain to determine wat is right and wrong.. Camilla said NO, no matter wat happened after it, she laughed so wat, No is No..

Thank the Lord Tonx is topping himself...................................

Very true Liz she did say NO and that does class it as assualt...BUT she also stated that once she said NO the boys backed off so shouldn't we also use a little common sense there too. The guys were told no they respected that and did nothing further. Yes in "LAWS" eyes they were way out of line but none of us know how it feels to be in the situation all of those house mates are in except those who have been in the house b4.

So lets try and see it from the eyes of the house mates ASWELL...

When my wife, Judy says no to me it is a BIG nooooooooooooooo. If i try something funny it is Assault !! I get assaulted everytime  lol

Well all i will say is this no matter wat happened before and after as long as she said No, its assult... you could b married to the person and it would still b assult..

Ok well all I will say is "At the end of the day it has nothing to do with anyone except the people involved so everyone including the media should stay out of it." People will always have their own opinion but if that opinion is going to cause anguish or hurt to the people involved..."KEEP IT TO YOURSELF"

Now just a minute.....who crossed the room and got in bed with who......
and who said"Oh no, you aren't going to turkey slap me are you?" (bit of a suggestion there maybe?)
and in the video clip - after the turkey slap she has her hands under the covers, and take a look at the guys face.....guess what she was doing?
Gross misjustice I reckon, big set up to boost the shows ratings, shame on you Channel 10.
My own personal view...... the wrong person was sent home!
