We got the schedules last Friday night and I can't believe the times we're bowling. It makes it hard for those going with families ( not that it's a family weekend ). I won't get to see much of my little girl and husband, not to mention spend much time together as a whole team. But I guess...

Thought i should add a congrats to Cory. It was one of the quietest ones i've ever seen, or not seen. Not even his mother, who was bowling a few lanes away, knew what was going on. Congrats again.

We from Queensland like to meet new people (even if they do kick our butts most of the time), but this year we're going to be taking the cup up to the sunshine state. GO QUEENSLAND!!!!!! I would also like to wish all those from past years trying out good luck and hope to see you all in September.

I just wanted to congratulate everyone who made the team for Toowoomba, and I'm sure that they will be listed sometime soon. Also a big congrats goes out to Alex Winch for his 300 in the 8th game of the roll offs.

Are the elusive 3/4 dress pants acceptable?

We are having a bit of a debate at the moment about what is standard attire for TBA tournaments. I was wondering if anyone could enlighten me.

Nothing was said at the start of the day and those who did have a beverage or two were new to the tournament situation and were warned that it was not appropriate. I'm not saying that it was right but something should have been said to them on the day by both commitees, who were all present...

Toowoomba would certainly give it a good go too, but this year we had to sign a contract that said we if we drink excessively penalties would be given out. How boring will that be.

The roll offs for the Toowoomba team start this weekend. They're holding them over two weekends, that way bowlers from both centres get the chance of bowling on lanes they know. We should have a team posted by the night of the 17th of March.
