My tip is for someone with lots and lots of revs to take it out. I believe it is an oiled up version of the Nationals pattern. My tip would be Shaun Dunn.

Thanks Robbie. The Virtual Gravity is a great ball. I went down to a 14lb this time and it hits like a train. I was leaving a heap of 10 pins from pocket shots but this ball has helped me cut the number right down. Good advice you gave E-J in that respect.

Well done to both guys. E-J's was as solid a 300 as any I have seen and for Herman to finish as well as he did after all the hoopla was a damn good effort too.

He is most likely unreachable due the fact he is over on Maggie Island tieing the house and boat down before Uili arrives !!

Started bowling in 1968 and had my first 300 in 2008 at the young age of 56 ! It was worth the wait though and it doesn't really worry me if I never have another one because as they say " been there, done that ".

Congratulations to new Innisfail bowler Robbie Petersen on bowling his first 300 game tonight on lanes 9&10. Robbie, formerly from Adelaide, has been close before but no mistakes tonight. Well done mate.

Finished the year with 220 but most likely a true 195- 200 as we had pretty friendly conditions a lot of the time. Managed to bowl to my average on occasions on harder patterns like Cheetah but usually struggled when the wetter patterns were laid.

Very remiss of me not to thank Rob Buckley and the staff at Kirwin for a great weekend. Also the volunteers from the NQAC for running things as smoothly as they did.

Innisfail demolished the opposition this weekend to take out their first ever win in the Inter-City Tourament. As well as winning the overall shield, we managed to take out all the individual shields excep the Mens Scratch ( thanks Mackay !! ) And a huge congrats to Kelly Sloan who won...
