Has anyone got any tips on how to increase ball speed for a two-hander? My average speed at the moment is 15 mph and I want to get my speed higher so the ball can get further down the lane. My problem is that the revs I create overpower my ball speed.

Belmo, it does matter what equipment the bowler uses for the simple fact that the IOC requires standardised equipment no matter what sport it is.

Electric fencing is used in the olympics. That's how they make sure a strike has been made and to keep score.

I disagree with the fencing because I used to do fencing. It's a sport that requires alot of fitness and a very sharp mind. With that greco-roman wrestling, all I have to say about that is "damn! get a hotel room already, guys!" :surrender: And I don't give a crap about BMX lol

Honestly, I think there should be some sports that have to be removed from the olympics such as Syncronised Swimming because it's a waste of time and not many people like it.
