Disagree. I don't think it should be compulsory to do this as although it might have a few benefits it could also lead to its own issues. The PM system works well enough as long as they're answered in a timely manner.

Trouble with AMF is that income comes first. From their POV it's all about the money as it's a business and businesses are in the business of making money. Simple. Customer service is a piss-poor second at best.
