Just an observation, but if you're going to open the field to non VBA bowlers you'd better state the requirements for proof of handicap. With VBA only entrants this could be dealt with "in house".

Thats OK if you bowl at Village.

What if your a member of the Village Association but dont bowl there. Same problem verifying averages as having non-members bowling

I think that side of things will be sorted out. It's normally your highest average in any league you bowl in isn't it?
