Good Afternoon,
As part of my appraisal of Tenpin Bowling Australia Limited I have conducted a
National office review. I would like to thank everyone who has openly and
honestly provided me with feedback regarding perceptions of National office
efficiency and professionalism. Your comments have been paramount in
driving effective change within our operational team.
There are several significant developments I would like you to be aware of:
Information regarding the Junior National entries can be obtained from TBAQ,
and I would like to thank both Bruce Morris and Kelly Warren for their support
and assistance during this period of transition. It is also timely to offer my
genuine thanks to Mary Anne who has kept the office functioning through out
what can only be described as a challenging period.
In anticipation of your full support, I would like to thank you for your patience
during this period of change.

As part of my appraisal of Tenpin Bowling Australia Limited I have conducted a
National office review. I would like to thank everyone who has openly and
honestly provided me with feedback regarding perceptions of National office
efficiency and professionalism. Your comments have been paramount in
driving effective change within our operational team.
There are several significant developments I would like you to be aware of:
- Cheryl Annetts resigned from TBA on the 29th of February 2008.
- Mary Anne Smith will continue to act in the role of TBA Bookkeeper however will operate from her home on a contract basis, to allow her to work effectively without distraction.
- The National office will be moved to Victoria in April 2008 and new staff will be appointed.
- Positions vacant will be advertised on the TBA website and on SEEK.
- During the relocation over the next month, the office will be operating on a reduced capacity. Office hours will be:
- Monday 10am – 3pm
- Tuesday 10am – 3pm
- Wednesday Closed
- Thursday Closed
- Friday 10am to 3pm.
