Switch Grip

Hi..

Does anyone have any information on plugging balls thats have been drilled with the switch grip. I was wondering as the ball hole seems very large and wanted to know whether there would be any problem when plugging..or if it would ruin the ball reaction/roll etc.

There is no problems plugging the hole and redrilling it, just make sure you plug it in stages, as it is a bigger hole and the plugging gets alot hotter then a normal hole.

So you mean e.g plug half the hole..once that has set plug the other half..Thnx for the reply

Pour your excess plug into plastic plates, and once you have a layer of plug a cm or so thick, smash it into pieces. When plugging large holes, drop in a few chunks of cured plug. It will act as a heat sink, and stop the plug from cracking. Stops wastage and gives a better cure without having to plug in two halves.
